Through her volunteerism and leadership, Sarah continues to demonstrate her commitment to the real estate industry.
Cheryl Bodette, Director of Operations
Cheryl is a native Vermonter and graduate of the University of Alaska at Fairbanks with a major in Art and a minor in Journalism. Her adventures and outdoor experiences in Alaska inspired her and a classmate to paint a 30-foot wall mural in the student center, which still exists today.
After College Cheryl moved to Burlington, Vermont where she worked in sales and marketing. Her welcoming personality, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the digital world aided in her quest to expand her marketing career. Her extensive background in marketing, sales, and management has prepared her for her current position as Director of Operations for Sarah Harrington Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman.
Cheryl lives in Swanton with her husband Davis in their beautiful post and beam home. They enjoy spending time with friends and family whether on their boat, traveling or relaxing and enjoying the view from their Lake Champlain home.
Jeanette Maple, Listing Coordinator
Jeanette is the Listing Coordinator on our team and manages the real estate listing process to sell homes quickly. She will assist the team in preparing listing information, procuring signatures for listing agreements, coordinating the photographer, and helping our clients prepare their homes for the market. After 12 years in real estate, Jeanette retired in August 2020 but was drawn back into real estate and we are happy to have her back on the team. In her spare time, Jeanette is an avid gardener, loves to cook, and enjoys motorcycle trips with her husband.
Laura Thomason, Closing Coordinator
Laura runs a smooth ship when navigating real estate with our clients. She focuses on the little details that are important in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth process for our clients. Laura delivers timely communication and follow-through from the time a contract is written, to the time of the closing. Laura has a son and her family lives in rural Vermont where the chickens run around free and you leave your boots at the door.
Chloe Feller, Realtor®
Chloe is no stranger to real estate. She grew up in the Midwest and the multigenerational family business was centered around purchasing and managing properties. Chloe attended the University of Vermont and earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and human development. After college, she worked as a preschool teacher in Burlington until recently when she decided to step into real estate to carry on the family tradition of providing superior customer service to our clients.
Chloe is looking forward to assisting buyers to provide them with the best possible home-buying experience. From searching for homes to writing a contract on a home, the buying process can be complicated. To have a buyer’s agent on your side to ensure that every step of the buying process is smooth is invaluable!
Chloe lives in Burlington with her boyfriend, sister, and cat. She enjoys all the city has to offer; especially boating on Lake Champlain. In the winter, Chloe enjoys snowboarding.
